STEP 2: Identify Opportunities 

After our initial assessment, we’ll conduct a follow up meeting in which we’ll:

   Present and review your ‘Opportunities Report’.

   Together, we’ll go over the report findings of industry comparisons: covering ratio and trend analysis.

   Based on your completed ‘Opportunities Assessment’, we will present you with the Local, State and Federal

     Government opportunities, resources, grants and partnerships that will directly benefit your company’s growth

     and bottom line.

   Work with you to determine your priorities, and how you can use your ‘Opportunities Report’

     findings to begin transforming your business.

STEP 3: Implement the Alliance’s Business Assessment Program

As an Alliance member, our experts will construct a comprehensive ‘Work Plan’ with the findings from STEP 2.
We’ll become your strategic partner – providing direct counseling for each of your company’s goals. Then work with you to grow your business, coordinate technical resources, and assist with applications for financing, grants, loans, incentives and business services that will meet your specific needs. Together, we’ll:

   Review your company’s ‘Opportunities Report’ outlining your specific opportunities, objectives and deliverables.

     With these findings, we’ll:

   Prepare a time line for implementation of the ‘Work Plan’.

   Review the ‘Work Plan’ time line with you.This varies from company to company and

     is determined by your individual priorities and eligibility.
